![]() ![]() ![]() The other shining highlight is the vocals which are full of emotion and pack one hell of a punch. The drumwork is exceptionally tight and the guitars just sound massive with a real bottom edge to their overall sound. The moment “Infinite Ghost Anathema” comes blasting out of your speakers, the first thing you’ll notice is a strong death/thrash influence that is much more prominent than in the music of their peers. Unfortunately due to lack of exposure, they’ve never really gotten the proper attention and recognition that a lot of their less deserving peers have hogged on instead. Sounds like these guys have been at it for a while now. One might associate them with a dime and dozen melodeath acts out there, but the simple truth of the matter is that they’ve always been miles ahead of the competition. Most of the songs tend to be mid-paced around the intro only to blast off. One of the main things I noticed about The Arcane Order is that unlike most other melodeath bands that have a mixture of the fast and slow in general, these guys are just fucking relentless through and thorough, never taking their foot off the gas. ![]()
